Last updated: May 23, 2023

This document ("Terms of Use") sets forth the terms and conditions between Sperantus ("we", "us", or "the Company") and you ("User" or "you"), governing the use of the Looker Studio platform connector ("Connector") whose purpose is to connect to the Stock & Trace system ("Stock & Trace").

  1. Purpose of the Document
This Terms of Use aims to establish the rules and guidelines for using the Connector, in order to ensure a fair and secure experience for all parties involved.

  2. Additional Service
The Connector is offered as an additional service to Stock & Trace users, hoping it will be useful for their needs. However, its operation is not guaranteed and does not form part of the service agreements of Stock & Trace.

  3. Acceptance of Terms and Authorization
By using the Connector, you agree to the terms of this document and declare that you are authorized to use the data from the Stock & Trace instance you use. The Connector will use the Stock & Trace credentials provided by you to access the respective Stock & Trace account and will be able to access all the information that such credentials allow to access.

  4. Credential Storage
To maintain a secure connection with Stock & Trace, the credentials you provide will be stored securely by the Looker Studio platform. Our developers will not have access to these credentials.

  5. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your data privacy and ensuring the security of any personal information collected through the Connector. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

The manner in which the user shares the reports generated with the Connector, and their potentially private information, is not the responsibility of Sperantus. Users should be aware that any information shared through these reports is their responsibility and not that of Sperantus.

  6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Connector and any related materials, including software, documentation, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Connector for the purpose specified in this document. You shall not duplicate, reproduce, or reverse engineer the Connector.

  7. Limitation of Warranty
The Connector is provided "as is" and "as available". Although we will make our best effort to keep it updated and running, we cannot offer any guarantee that it will always be available and functioning correctly.

  8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Connector.

  9. Proper Use
You agree to use the Connector solely for the purpose specified in this document. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to cancel its use and take any other action we deem appropriate.

  10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease using the Connector and delete any related materials.

  11. Contact
If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this Connector, please contact us via email at info@sperantus.com.
